Nice hotel, close to the city centre. Nice places around to have a walk. Amazing view from balcony on the port and city, nice swimming pool but was still not enough warm on second week of April to use it, water was cold. Nice bar, waiters were lovely and prepared special alcohol free cocktails, as im not drinking alcohol. A lot of taxi around, the price ok to reach around.

The location is great. Walking distance to the cathedral and the old town. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The room was big, clean. The bed and pillow were comfortable.

We had a great room with a sea view, the bed was huge and very comfortable. Nice big balcony to enjoy the views of Palma and the harbour. There was road works but this didn’t affect our stay, just a little noise. The pool area was great, very relaxing, lots of sun-beds available and views of the port. We enjoyed half board, the breakfast selection was great, lots to choose from, even a glass or two of Prosecco were included. Drinks are pricy, but Palma is expensive to drink out. We got a taxi from the airport, quick and easy, we paid 22 euro each way. We would definitely come back for a mini break :)

The attitude of the reception staff is unique. Thank you very much to Juan and Oscar! Amazing guys, very helpful and professional. Both of them should be rewarded. Also Ana, she was very helpful too. The common areas in the hotel are nice and well maintained. The views from the upper floors are stunning. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the city center. Bus No.1 stops in front. There are two other buses that go to the center, about 5 minutes walk up in the street behind the hotel.

Reception+ restaurant + breakfast 10/10 Room 9/10 Balcony seaview 10/10( if you request highfloor + seaview based on availability ) Location 9/10( is not in old center but anyways not far from it, still close to castle bellver walking distance so it s still good) a lot of bars supermarkets shops restaurants nearby Must see castle bellver cathedral and royal palace and all the narrow and small streets from old town Good option to be accommodated in this city Esperancia from recepetion was a nice person
